Giving Thanks Lotus Style
We would like to send a hearty thanks to all those who attended our incredible vegan feast on Thanksgiving Day. The delectable fare included Maple Glazed Tofu, Pecan Candied Squash, Creamy Mashed Potatoes and Breadfruit, Savory Onion Gravy, Green Bean Almondine, Cranberry Sauce, Apple Strudel, Pumpkin Pie and More!

3rd Anniversary Celebration
On Friday, November 2nd, we celebrated the third anniversary of Blossoming Lotus Restaurant, Kaua’i in the Historic Dragon Building. With over 150 guests dressed in the most creative costumes and the tunes of DJ PFunk, the atmosphere was electrifying. Everyone was feeling it.
The party is also the official kick off for afterhours events at the Lotus. Check in soon for a schedule of DJs and live entertainment.
