I am vegan and have recently discovered that I cannot eat soy. The most difficult aspect of omitting soy foods from my diet is that I can no longer season foods with soy sauce. Can you suggest an alternative?

You can experiment with different salts. Also you can soak some sea vegetables and use the soak water, plus celtic salt to taste.
Good luck!
