Traveling Vegans – Rome, Italy
June 16, 2009
Rome is a magical city. Its one of those places where the history is so a part of the present. We visited many of the major sites including the Roman Forum, Colosseum, St. Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican. We even got a glimpse of the pope!

there’s a new veg-friendly option in Rome, REWILD cruelty-free club: it’s a 100%-vegan, mostly-organic pub in Garbatella. seitan sandwiches, tofu-burgers and hot-dogs, dishes, salads, crèpes, bruschette, piadine, vegan cheeses…
it’s open from noon to late in the night, address is via Giovannipoli 18 (Garbatella, between Cristoforo Colombo and via Ostiense / St. Paul).
