Vegan Fusion Intensive – Day 3 – Grain and Bean Dishes
Today we entered the world of Grains and Beans. The students are quickly gaining more confidence in the kitchen and the group as a whole is definitely bonding. It was a pretty full day today. Please see below for the menu and some photos.
