Kauai resident and creator of the classic LightSOURCE, Mika Feinberg has worked together with Blossoming Lotus to create an incredible CD-ROM and DVD. Please come by the restaurant to enjoy these fascinating and beautiful images of mandalas and sacred symbols that uplift and inspire.

Lotus Blossoms

7 Minute Chef is the newest cookbook from the Blossoming Lotus. Opened in July of 2002 on the tropical paradise Island of Kaua’i, Hawaii, the Lotus continues to blossom. Our flagship restaurant is an 80+ seat restaurant in the Historic Dragon Building in Downtown Kapaa. We have nightly live entertainment, beautiful outdoor courtyard dining and a large selection of organic wine and beer. Our VIP room is the perfect place to host that special event. Our restaurant is the winner of Honolulu Advertisers 2006 ‘Ilima Award for ‘Best Kaua’i Restaurant’.

The Lotus Root Juice Bar and Bakery is around the corner on Kuhio Hwy, in the original location of our cafe. There we serve delicious island smoothies, fresh organic juices and the most incredible desserts on the planet.

Blossoming Lotus Portland is in the Historic Pearl District and was recently voted ‘Best Vegetarian Restaurant in Portland.’ Please come by to experience our first Blossoming Lotus on the Mainland.
