Vegan Fusion Intensive – Day 1 – Soups
The first day of our training went really well. Its wonderful to meet people who are committed to taking their health and cooking abilities to the next level. We prepared Italian Florentine Soup, Thai Coconut Vegetable Soup, Shiitake Sea Vegetable Chowder and Potato Toasted Spice Soup. We also prepared spice blends – Indian, Italian and Mexican.
We got so caught up in the flow of it all that we forgot to break out the camera during the course. We will do better tomorrow. Here are some before and after shots.
