Vegan Fusion Intensive – Day 5 – Casseroles and Sauces
Wow! It’s incredible that we just completed the 5th day of our training. Today was the busiest day so far. The dishes were fairly complex. We made a grilled vegetable lasagna with a roasted tomato and zucchini sauce and cashew macadamia cheese, a beautiful black rice polenta casserole with chipotle chile sauce and finished up with Baklava. The students will have a well deserved rest this weekend. Partaking of the beauty and wonder of Kaua’i. We look forward to Day 6 on Monday.
