Vegan Fusion Intensive – Day 6 – Wraps, Sandwiches & Rolls

After a weekend of enjoying the wonders of Kaua’i, we began the second week of our Vegan Fusion Intensive. Today was another full day. We went over several cool techniques including blackening tempeh, smoking veggies, and rice paper rolling. The menu included:

Roasted Red Pepper Hummus



Vegan Sour Cream

Garlic Aioli

Vegan Mayonnaise

BBQ Tempeh Sandwich

Blackened Tempeh

Cajun Spice Mix

Thai Summer Rolls
