Today we entered into the world of vegan desserts and baking. We also prepared two pizzas, one with a gluten-free crust. The menu included:

Mint Chocolate Chip cookies (gluten-free)

Blueberry Cobbler (gluten-free)

Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Buttercream Frosting

Carrot Cake with Warm Ginger Caramel Sauce and Candied Walnuts

Chocolate Parfait with Strawberry Sauce
