    This has been the best ever hands-on Vegan workshop I’ve ever attended. Mark is absolutely not only a gifted Chef, but a gifted teacher as well. The recipes are amazing, and their presentation was as if we were serving it in a fine-dining restaurant. It made me feel as if I myself was an incredibly amazing Vegan chef. The recipes were user-friendly, unbelievably delicious, and beautifully served. The group size was perfect, and the atmosphere very relaxed. I would recommend this workshop for a vegan at any level. Thanks so much, Mark! I am looking forward to being able to attend a 10 day intensive. God bless you!
