      Yes both are closed on Kauai as of the end of 2008. Our Portland location is still open.

    Hi Mark

    Great to see you on your blog !
    Are your 2 restaurants in Kaui closed temporarily because of your Euro trip?
    I noted from your blog that you’ve included recipes which are baked ( exposed to heat), eg. the Choc Mint Chip.Is this considered raw? All this while, raw is uncooked,natural & not exposed to any heat.

    i love ur center i am living in raw food for more than 1 year,but i always feel that i need more information,
    because here in lebanon there is no centers and professionnels in raw food .
    i would like to know if there is possibility to be one in your center to take courses with you.
